$1,000 Retainer
(non-refundable) - Payable in advance with signed service
proposal.
$150 Per Hour - On Site Inspection/Meetings, Phone/Email
Discussions, Consultation, Deposition, Testimony, Travel,
Waiting Time and Report Correspondence Preparation. NOTE: Fees
accrued beyond the retainer amount will be invoiced and payment
